I am really liking this blog and twitter account. Something that could make it better would be locations. For example, under every blog a small map with it’s location could be displayed. Or maybe an iOS app could be created for the blog also….
Thank you for the suggestion. We will explore the idea and hope to include something like that soon.
I noticed you guys used to put burglars and prostitutes on the ccpd website, it’s been taken down couple months ago. It would be great to see this come back. I’ve also seen in other cities where they post the daily jail log with photos. I’m sure this would be even better as it seems to be benefiting other cities.
We are currently in the process of revamping our website and various changes have not been updated. We look at the possibility of adding these items back on the website.
Where can I get information regarding an accident that happened on Monday, 6/24, on Artesian & Antelope Street?
A copy of a police report may be obtained from our Open Records Division. You can send an open records request via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, by phone at 361-886-2756, or in person at the Police Department’s Central Records, 321 John Sartain, Corpus Christi, TX.
How many of these Aggressive driving citations were given to the police officers that were aggressive driving while on patrol, like the one that did not follow the 3ft bicyclist law and came dangerous close to me then crossed in to the bicycling lane. This happened 8/14/2013 at about 7:14 pm south bound on Ennis Joslin Rd.
I commend the police on their dangerous work but they must be held accountable for their actions especially when on duty in a police car. Numerous time I have observed them speeding and not going on any type of call.
How do I pull up the readings from April 2, 2010 to April 9, 2010?
Unfortunately, we did not begin our CCPD Blotter post until August 2011. If you have a specific request for information, you can submit an open records request at email@example.com.
