Officers responding to a stolen vehicle call observed the gold 2003 Toyota Solaris traveling northbound on IH 37. The vehicle was pulled over and the driver Roberto Estevis (09/26/72) and passenger Raul Pacho (08/24/57) were taken into police custody. The victim, a 21 year old male, reported to Officers he was by his car smoking a cigarette with his friend, when two males jumped in his car and the driver attempted to run his friend down with the vehicle as they drove off. Both victims positively identified Estevis and Pacheco and they were arrested and booked at the CDC. Pacho was charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, while Estevis was charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.
