36-year-old Matthew Watson was arrested earlier today by Bishop Police Department on unrelated charges. With help from the public, Investigators with the Corpus Christi Police Department were able to identify Watson as the suspect related to the Robbery that occurred on August 31, 2021.
Separate warrants for Watson were secured and served for Robbery ($75,000 Bond), Theft of a Firearm ($5,000 Bond), and Credit Card Abuse ($5,000 Bond).
Watson is currently in the Nueces County Jail on the above-mentioned charges, as well as a Resisting Arrest or Detention charge from Bishop Police Department.
