At approximately 9:00 am this morning, Paulina Hernandez was located safely in Live Oak County. Paulina has since been reunited with her family.
Thomas Hutchins was taken into police custody at approximately 2:20 pm on three outstanding warrants for Aggravated Kidnapping ($80,000 Bond), Aggravated Assault ($40,000 bond) and Burglary of a Habitation with Intent to Commit other Felony ($50,000 bond).
