It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Debra Garcia. Debra has been a valued member of our CCPD family for 8 years and worked as a Victim Advocate in our Criminal Investigation Division.
Debra dedicated years of service to our community by providing awareness, support and services to victims of crime. There is no doubt that her selfless efforts to fight for the rights of our most vulnerable resulted in positive and lasting changes in the lives of crime victims.
We send our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Debra Garcia.
