Nueces County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help to locate 20-year-old Roberto Emmanuell Beltran AKA Roberto Emanual Montealegre (02/24/1999) who has four outstanding warrants; Sexual Assault of a Child (No Bond), Evading Arrest with Vehicle (No Bond), Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon/Attempt to commit Aggravated Kidnapping (No Bond) and Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon ($25,000 Bond).
Beltran is described as a 20-year-old male who stands 5′ 5”, weighs approximately 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
