On October 29, 2018 at approximately 7:22 AM, an unknown male committed an Aggravated Robbery/Aggravated Kidnapping in the 6600 block of Saratoga. The suspect walked behind the counter and pointed a large knife at the clerk and demanded money from the safe. The suspect was able to get away with an undisclosed amount of cash. The clerk was restrained and taken from the store against her will and released at a later time.
The suspect was described as a black male, between 25-34 years of age, standing approximately 5’10”-6’00”, weighing between 200-250 pounds, wearing a green shirt and cap similar to those in the photos below.
Detectives obtained a copy of surveillance video.
