CCPD Is Hosting An Active Threat Training Symposium For School And Law Enforcement Officials

SURVIVE – An Active Threat Training Symposium

The Corpus Christi Police Department invites staff responsible for school security, and local police department representatives from around the Coastal Bend who would be the first responders to a major incident.

It is our intention to share information, strengthen ties, and discuss contemporary approaches to preventing and responding to violent school attacks.  Police officers and school staff serve in different capacities with one common interest – to protect our children and our teachers.

Please join us on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 for “SURVIVE – A Comprehensive Symposium on Surviving a Violent School Attack”

We are asking one or two representatives from each local law enforcement agency and one or two representatives from each school system to register and attend the symposium. The class is free, but you must register.  Click this link:  Symposium Registration Form   The registration deadline has been extended.
