Animal Care Services Seizes 80 Dogs From A Residence

Corpus Christi Animal Care Services along with the Corpus Christi Police Department executed a search and seizure warrant today at a residence in the 200 Block of Glendale Drive. This was an all-day event which resulted in the seizure of 61 adult dogs and 19 puppies. Fortunately, the homeowner has chosen to surrender a majority of these animals before his day in court.

CCACS has started medically assessing these animals and will start working with rescue organizations when these dogs become available for rescue or adoption. CCACS will send out an update on our Facebook page when these animals are ready to be rescued or adopted.  https://www.facebook.com/corpuschristianimalcareservices/

Please remember to keep an eye out on PetHarbor.com as well.

CCACS would like to thank the citizens of Corpus Christi for their continued support of our organization.

Thank you,
