Joseph Mathew Tejeda, DOB 12/13/1990, has been charged with Murder, PC. 19.02, in the death of Breanna Wood. The accused offender is currently in the Nueces County Jail on an unrelated charge. Bond has been set for the Murder charge at 1 million dollars.
Investigators obtained the murder warrant after extensive interviews with numerous people. Physical and circumstantial evidence has been collected and reviewed. There are no further arrests for this murder anticipated but the case does remain under investigation.
