Officers arrived and were told that the man was at home when his ex-girlfriend came by his house. He walked outside to talk to her and he noticed that the female had their baby in the car with her. The man thought the female was too intoxicated to be driving around with his child in the car so he jumped in front of the car so the female couldn’t leave.
